- Simmer the Shiitake mushrooms in 3 pints of water for half an hour.
- Then to the mushroom water, add the rest of the ingredients (apart from the Pukka Vitalise Powder) and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Add the teaspoon of Pukka Vitalise powder when it’s off the heat.
- Remove the kombu before eating.
- Adjust to your taste and enjoy with a swirl of Pukka Hemp Seed Oil. Note: you can also include any other favourite vegetables and herbs.
