- Lightly steam the asparagus and broccoli.
- Toast the pumpkin seeds and walnuts. Give the walnuts a ‘squeeze’ to gently break them up into smaller pieces. Add tamari, to taste, as they cool.
- Mix the vegetables with the pumpkin seed and walnut mixture, and add the lemon juice and hemp oil.
- Add a sprinkle of paprika, along with salt and pepper to taste.
